Our Three Full Year Warranty* (for customers who choose Sherwin-Williams exterior paints)
*Applies to Exterior Paint Applications only (excludes deck and fence applications)
Raindango! is your trusted paint professionals when it comes to protecting the exterior of your home from the extreme weather conditions indigenous to this area; from blistering Texas summer sunshine to the torrential thunderstorms sometimes accompanied by pounding hail that are common in North Texas.
Raindango! has teamed up with Sherwin-Williams to offer the best exterior coating products available, applied by the best painting crews to serve the DFW area. It's our confidence in Sherwin-Williams products and our crews that allows us to offer this generous consumer protection warranty. To qualify, the customer must agree to use the recommended preparation products and techniques, plus a quality grade Sherwin-Williams exterior paint.
The three year warranty covers peeling, blistering and chipping of the Sherwin-Williams exterior paint product. Please note that all hard materials and substrates are not covered by this warranty.
Raindango! A professional paint crew from Raindango! Home Services will repair any painted surface found to be defective due to poor product performance or workmanship for a period of 3 years from the project completion date.
The warranty includes the costs of materials if originally supplied by Raindango! Painting.
What is Not Covered:
The cost of any materials or products needed to do warranty repairs if the paints or materials where not supplied by or approved by Raindango! Painting.
The paint warranty is void for the following items:
- Normal wear and tear
- Abuse of any painted or stained surface
- Paint defects or damage caused by severe weather, (hail, high winds, objects hurtled by high winds, etc.)
- Exterior doors and windows/ledges with oil enamel paint
- All exterior thresholds, exterior sheetrock ceilings
- Paint applied on defective surfaces or surfaces in poor condition (rough, loose, damaged, rotted wood)
- Paint applied to a surface found to be defective or delaminating.
- Water/moisture damage
- Severe or excessive peeling of previous coatings
(Note: warranty does not apply to previously applied paint that may loosen later.) - Defects in the painted structure's design or construction.
The following items are covered by a 1 year warranty: carpentry stained exterior doors, decks, fences, and other exterior stained surfaces, window ledges.
**Raindango warrants the quality of its workmanship; the paint itself is guaranteed by the paint manufacturer, Sherwin-Williams.
