Beautiful flooring can be marred if it is not installed correctly. Raindango is committed to 100% customer satisfaction and does not outsource flooring installation. Our installers are craftsmen with years of experience and they are the finest in the business. We take tremendous pride in bringing your floor to life through careful and professional installation procedures.

On installation day, we take the responsibility of moving all objects resting on the floor. That means we do the heavy lifting for you. We don't expect you to move the sofa, La-Z-Boy, entertainment center, sofa, hutch, bookshelf, aquarium, master bed or dressers. Leave that to us.

Next, we remove the baseboards and pull up the old flooring. Note that many companies do not remove the baseboard. This is important! We run the wood to the walls and then re-install the baseboard. At no additional charge.

At the edge of the room, where it abuts another flooring source, Raindango! does not use transition strips. We butt the flooring up to the other surface nice and tight. Where flooring isn’t the same height, we shave the underside of the hardwood flooring boards to ensure a perfect match at the lower floor surface and a gradual grade to the higher hardwood surface.

Raindango! flooring craftsmen also work painstakingly to ensure the floor is 100% level. You will find no hollow or flex points under the hardwood anywhere in the room.

At the conclusion of our work, we return all furniture and objects on the floor to their original location.

Finally, we walk through the room with you and conduct a thorough visual inspection. We then provide you a complete maintenance kit and discuss how to repair scratches (let's face it, they are inevitable).

Okay, we lied...just one more thing: Raindango! will schedule an appointment to come back after one year to do a quality check. If something's not right and it's due to our workmanship, we'll fix it.
